Star Bodyworks currently boasts a 1 800 m² fully tiled under-roof workshop at our premises in Ruhr Street, Windhoek. Equipped with the latest in hi-tech accessories, tools and instruments, our highly qualified staff is more than capable to repair almost any collission damage. Our 82 strong workforce reflects a highly motivated team, striving to satisfy even the most stringent customers.

Established in May 1971 by Mr. Jannie Smit, the company was acquired in 2004 by Mr. Dick Cornellissen and Mr. Richard Himmel, who re-registered the company as a Proprietory Limited, and turned the already well-known business into a 5-star facility. With 4 qualified technicians, authorized to generate official quotes, as well as ample secure, shaded parking and storage facilities, our customers are bound to experience the quality of our service from the very first moment.

Knowing that administrative tasks can easily become a source of extreme boredom to our customers, we have established a fully equipped coffee bar, with multi-channel TV facilities available.

Star Bodyworks is a KA Smart registered Service Provider, which entails a monthly third-party customer survey aimed at improving our customer service and quality of workmanship. In order to cut down on the waiting period for genuine spare parts, we stock commonly used spares to the value of almost N$ 1.5 million.

Qualified in-house mechanics ensure sound mechanical repairs on all vehicles before leaving the premises. We use an electronic measuring data system to ensure a perfect fit to all repairs carried out at our workshop.
